RFI #2025 PreQual Electrical Application - 2025 Prequalification of Electrical Utility Contractors - New Applications

** IMPORTANT ** The City of Richland is currently accepting new applications for the 2025 prequalified electrical contract list period. New applications will be accepted until November 6, 2024. **Once the 2025 list is established, NO NEW APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL OCTOBER 2025.** City of Richland, Washington is required by the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 35.92.350 to prequalify electrical contractors or subcontractors bidding on electrical utility type work for Richland Energy Services. All electrical contractors previously approved are required to submit a new application to be considered on the 2025 approved list. Contractors approved for 2025 will be required to verify/update their information in October 2025 to remain prequalified for 2016.
