RFI-2026-OCOM-01-CONTA: Contact Center Solutions

Department of Information Technology (DoIT)

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), in collaboration with the Department of Information Technology (DoIT), collectively the State, are seeking responses to this Request for Information (RFI) on current capabilities of contact center product and service suites to inform the development of a strategic plan for the future of these solutions and services, which may be utilized by more than sixty (60) New Hampshire state agencies within the New Hampshire Executive Branch.
