Project Description: The Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) Board of Education is soliciting a Request for Information (RFI) for a qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive analysis that integrates:
• A districtwide Equity Audit
• A multi-year Longitudinal ROI Framework evaluating academic, operational, and fiscal returns
• Forecasting & Scenario Planning related to enrollment, economic trends, and policy changes
• Clear, actionable recommendations aligned with Board priorities
