This serves as official notice that Mecklenburg County located in Charlotte North Carolina through its
County Manager's Office is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding the development and
implementation of a comprehensive enterprise accessibility program to support compliance with the
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
