RFI for Parking & Mobility Services Elevator Assessment - Event No. 12370

The Parking & Mobility Services Department invites qualified vendors to submit information for The City is conducting market research to identify qualified elevator maintenance contractors capable of developing and delivering a proactive, data-informed maintenance program tailored to these challenging operating environments.

Electronic responses will be received through the City of Savannah Procurement & Contracts Division supplier portal until 1:30 PM on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Only electronic submissions will be accepted at www.savannahga.gov/bids.

Proposals must be on the Board of Purchase Proposal Forms to be considered. The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah Promotes Equal Opportunities for all vendors in City purchases.
