RFI for Main Street Office Space

SUNY Oneonta is seeking office space for lease in Oneonta, New York. The University requires approximately 1,500 square feet of relatively move-in ready space, with the ability for renovations that enhance accessibility in the event that entrances, exits and bathrooms are not accessible. The space must be secure, well-lit, and easily accessible to faculty, staff and students. Preference may be given to facilities based on their relative proximity to the City of Oneonta’s Main Street between Chestnut Street and Ford Avenue. The University also has preference for the space to be accessible 24/7, if necessary.
