RFI for Billing Platform

This Request for Information (the “RFI”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit responses for the purposes of gathering information to assist SaskTel in determining potential future purchasing options and requirements for a Billing Platform as further described below (the “Deliverables”):
RFI Scope Overview
As a telecommunications provider, SaskTel is committed to continuously enhancing our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Currently, some of our billing systems rely on mainframe and other legacy technologies. While these systems have served us well, we recognize the need to explore modern billing solutions that can propel our business forward.
Objectives:
1. Modernization: We aim to modernize our billing application ecosystem to leverage the latest technological advancements, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and improved performance.
2. Efficiency: By evaluating industry offerings, we seek solutions that streamline billing processes, reduce operational costs, and enhance accuracy.
3. Customer Experience: We are focused on improving customer experience through more intuitive and responsive billing systems.
4. Integration: We need solutions that seamlessly integrate with our existing infrastructure and support future growth.

Participation process:
Suppliers interested in participating in this opportunity must do so via SaskTel’s e-Sourcing tool with Ariba.

Suppliers not yet registered with SaskTel’s Ariba domain, must first complete the Self Registration process by clicking on the link provided below. Suppliers not registered and approved with SaskTel’s Ariba e-sourcing tool, will not be able to participate in this opportunity.

Note: Suppliers with an active Ariba Commerce Cloud account not previously registered with SaskTel, must ensure they login using their existing Ariba account ID to register with SaskTel as the first step in the registration process.
