TheUniversity of Houston (UH) hereby invites interested parties to respond to thisRequest for Information (RFI) regarding a prospective future solicitation todevelop the Industrial Partnership Zone (IPZ) on 40 acres in located atUniversity of Houston Sugar Land (UHSL), Texas. The information provided inresponse to this RFI process will assist UH in the planning and developmentefforts as well as to provide UH viable options to consider in the procurementand delivery approach for this prospective future solicitation.

Please note that this RFI is for informational purposes only, and nocontract will be awarded as a result. A firm or organization’s response to theRFI—or lack thereof—will have no impact on the evaluation of responses to anysubsequent Request for Request for Qualifications (RFQ) or Proposals (RFP).
