Project Description: The City of Kansas City is seeking information from qualified legal organizations interested in partnering to provide legal resources for community stabilization and revitalization to neighborhood associations and residents in areas at risk of gentrification and displacement within the City. This RFI aims to gather insights, innovative ideas, and potential partnership models to address revitalization of vacant or blighted properties, stabilization for existing residents, and community empowerment.
