Description:

The Alaska Department of Health (DOH), Division of Senior and Disabilities Services (SDS) is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding the development of a grantee funding formula methodology that will be used by the State in the next competitive funding cycle (FY29) to guide the distribution of state and federal grant funds to regional ILP grantees. The formula will consider actual and potential revenue sources available to programs; regional cost differences; travel expenses; population and enrollment numbers; intensity of services provided by each region; and other factors to be determined.
