DRONE PROGRAM
The County of San Diego (County) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to seek input from all interested parties,
agencies, and stakeholders regarding Drone Program. The goal of the RFI is to obtain feedback and learn about the feasibility
of having a Drone Program.
This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue
a solicitation in the future. This request for information does not commit the County to contract for any supply or service
whatsoever. Respondents are advised that the County will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in
response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not
responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitations. It is the responsibility of the potential
respondents to monitor this request for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
The County reserves the right to use, without restriction, any information provided in response to this RFI. Please note that
all information provided in response to this RFI may be subject to disclosure under the California Public Records Act.

1. Describe your organization's capabilities to deliver standardized global accuracy tiers for ortho images, ortho
mosaics, map products, and point clouds for a Government Agency like the County of San Diego.
2. Describe your organization's capabilities to deliver videos and marketing imagery.
3. What's the hourly cost of collecting imagery, processing imagery, and providing deliverables for use in
marketing, GIS analysis (including volumetrics, DEMs, 3D products, and videography? How is the cost
calculated?
4. Describe some of the use cases you have performed and outputs you have delivered to customers.

6. What are the specification of the drones you work with? What accuracy and resolutions do you provide?
