2.5.25 - OMH issues RFI for CNYPC Laundry Services

The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH), on behalf of its Central New York Psychiatric Center (CNYPC), is releasing this Request for Information (RFI) seeking information from interested and experienced vendors in providing laundry and linen services.

Experienced and interested firms are invited to submit responses with information that may be used for the purpose of educating OMH on the current state of the industry and the availability of services in this area. This request does not constitute a commitment to issue a bid, or award a contract, or to pay any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this inquiry.

Vendors may submit any questions before the response deadline.

Due date: 2/25/2025 by 3:00 PM

replies must be submitted on or before February 25, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. ET, via email to erin.sellnow@omh.ny.gov

Responses to this RFI should include the following:
1. their rates for the laundry/linen services noted in the RFI
2. advise if they offer morning pickup and drop off
3. advise if they deliver 3x a week. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday? 4. Are there any volume discounts currently being offered and at what thresholds.
