Scope:
Radiology Service requires 1 (one) SMART DOP XT ABI machine to perform noninvasive ankle brachial indexing of peripheral arteries for aid in diagnosing peripheral artery disease. The Lubbock VA Radiology Service has a need for one (1) SMART DOP ABI machine to perform ankle brachial indexing exams.
REQUIREMENTS:

-Vascular Documentation Software with USB cable
-Heavy duty hospital grade cart
-On-site in-service
-Two (2) year warranty

Delivery:
The equipment, related parts, and other deliverables shall be delivered to the Lubbock VA warehouse.
The Lubbock VA will transport the equipment, related parts, and other deliverables from the warehouse to the Lubbock Biomed Department staging and released to the vendor for installation.

- The intent of this notice is to establish sources to define the procurement strategy (e.g., set- aside, sole source, unrestricted) for a solicitation that VA intends to post soon. Interested Contractors are requested to respond in accordance with the following:
