This procurement is administered by the Colorado Department of Agriculture, on behalf of the Pesticide Disposal Enterprise Board (Board). The Pesticide Disposal Enterprise Board was created pursuant to 35-10.5-104(c), C.R.S., and is exempt from the Colorado Procurement Code (the Procurement Code) pursuant 35-10.5-104(c), C.R.S. As such, this Request for Information (RFI) is EXEMPT from the Procurement Code and may not necessarily conform to the usual requirements of the code.
