WMATA is implementing the Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) module, which is slated for implementation by January 1, 2026. WMATA invites your firm to participate in a Request for Information (RFI) process to obtain information about your firm's capabilities and qualifications to provide certain benefit administration co-sourcing services. WMATA is looking for a firm who can: · Integrate with Oracle Fusion HCM module to answer employee health and welfare benefit calls. · Manage the COBRA and Direct Billing administration for Non-represented, Local 2, Transit Police Officers, and Special Police Officers, both active and retired. · Send letters to employees within three months of their 65th birthday reminding them to enroll in Medicare Part B. · Outsourcing ACA administration for Non-represented, Local 2, Transit Police Officers, Special Police Officers, Local 922 and Local 689 · Outsource QMCSO Administration · Provide a consistent and engaging user experience with the call center.
