RFI 23-703- Beef, Poultry, & Pork Products

The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) and The Cook Chill Production Center (CCPC), located at 145 Old Orangeburg Rd, Orangeburg, NY 10962 are releasing this Request for Information (RFI) seeking information from interested offerors and subject matter experts with knowledge and experience in providing similar or equivalent quality and/or quantity of NY raised Beef, Poultry, and Pork Products

Experienced offerors and subject matter experts are invited to submit responses with information that may be used for the purpose of educating OMH on the current state of the industry and the capability of the services and systems that are available in this area. This request does not constitute a commitment to issue a bid, or award a contract, or to pay any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this inquiry.

The deadline for receipt of all questions is December 23rd, 2024, by 3:00 P.M. ET. After the question deadline, all questions and their responses will be posted to the NYS Contract Reporter Ad and distributed to the Respondents list.

Responses must be submitted on or before January 13th, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. ET, via email to Teresa.alli2@omh.ny.gov

Responses to this RFI should include the following:
1. A cover letter;
2. Responses to the questions in section 6 of the attached RFI. Each question and answer must be clearly identified; and
3. Any other supplemental information submitted by Respondents for consideration.
