RFEI - Affordable Housing Development and Property Management

The City of Dubuque Housing & Community Development Department is seeking expressions of interest and information from qualified firms or individuals with demonstrated expertise in development and management of rental housing for low-income families (i.e., households earning 30 percent or below area median income) to lead a firm-identified project application for the State of Iowa’s HOME-ARP program.
