The City of San Antonio (City), Capital Delivery Department (CDD) is issuing a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) for qualified firms (Respondents) to provide construction services for the Hays Street Bridge Connection & Eastside Area Streets (2022 Bond) (Project). The project consists of a extension to the linear creek greenway West Jones Ave. near the Riverwalk to the Dignowity Park the extension will be along Jones Ave, Alamo Street and Hays Street. The project also roadway improvements along Burleson St, 9th St, 10th St, Brooklyn St, Burnet St, McCullogh Ave., Hays St., Austin St., and East Jones Ave.
