26RFCSP30 CPA Chiller Plant Upgrade

Project Description: Williamson County (County) is seeking written proposals from qualified contractors to provide Competitive Sealed Proposals for Cedar Park Annex (CPA) Chiller Plant Update. County intends to utilize the one-step selection process for this solicitation and award. Project consists of a one-for-one replacement of major mechanical equipment serving the facility’s hot water and chilled water systems, along with replacement of a roof-mounted outside air unit. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, and services necessary to deliver a complete, fully functional, and code-compliant project. The Project includes all utilities, piping, insulation, controls, structural supports, housekeeping pads, and appurtenances required for proper installation and operation of the systems described herein.
