The Project entails clean-up of NON-TENORM and TENORM impacted media (waste materials, soils, sludges) at the site. The media has been contaminated via historic oil and/or gas development on the property. Previous investigations at the site have determined that environmental media is contaminated with various VOCs, metals, and Radium. These constituents have been detected in on-site waste materials, soils, and sludges. The waste materials, soils, and sludges will be removed for off-site disposal. All removals will be accomplished as specified. Following clean-up activities, the soil ground surfaces will be restored to match original grade and the area will be vegetated.
