RFB 23-24-18 Tulare Avenue Major Street Rehabilitation (Demaree-Cotta) Deadline: 04/01/2025 @ 2:00pm The City of Visalia is seeking bids from qualified contractors to furnish materials, supplies, equipment and labor to perform the work as specified in the approved Plans, Standard Specifications, Construction Specifications and other Contract Documents for the Tulare Avenue Major Street Rehabilitation Project. This project is supported, in whole or in part, by Federal Award Number: STPL-5044(134), awarded to City of Visalia by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) administered by Caltrans. This is a public works project, subject to prevailing wages, registration with the DIR and other State and Federal requirements as stated in the Bid Document and specifications.
