RFB 23-24-57 Transport Biosolids to Tulare County Landfill Deadline: 10/22/24 @ 2:00pm The City of Visalia is soliciting bids for an annual contract for the transportation of biosolids from the City of Visalia Water Reclamation Facility to the Tulare County Landfill. This is a public works maintenance contract subject to payment of prevailing wages, registration with the California DIR, uploading of certified payroll to the Labor Commissioner and other requirements outlined in the City of Visalia Labor Compliance Manual (attached to RFB document).
