RFB 2025-26-001 - Traffic Signal Maintenance

The City of Hesperia, hereinafter referred to as “City”, is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors, hereinafter referred to as “Bidder”, to provide corrective, and emergency maintenance of traffic signals, and safety lighting. The “Bidder” shall also provide preventative conflict monitor testing annually, during the month of April. Monthly preventative maintenance will be completed in-house.

The City Contact, hereinafter referred to as “Contact”, is the sole point of contact for this solicitation. All communication shall be in writing and submitted to the Contact. Bidders are not permitted to communicate with other City staff or officials about this RFB, except for during pre-bid meetings, demonstrations, and/or interviews, unless otherwise directed by the Contact.

Inquiries are due no later than Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at 5:00PM.
The City shall respond to inquiries no later than Thursday, August 14, 2025. Inquires submitted after this deadline will not receive a response.

The deadline for submitting a bid is Thursday, August 21, 2025
10:00AM at which time they will be opened publicly and read aloud by the City.
(Any bid received after this time will be returned unopened)
