Sealed bids for the construction of the Project will ONLY be received electronically at www.CivcastUSA.com by September 03, 2026, at 2:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read at the Sabine River Authority’s General Office, 12777 TX-87 Orange, TX 77632.
