RFB 25-03-REC Buck Destin Restrooms

The City of Destin, Florida, is currently receiving sealed competitive Bids for the installation of a new, government-furnished, pre-fabricated restroom at Buck Destin Park (724 Legion Drive). The Work includes all necessary site work and foundation preparation required for the placement of the restroom, in addition to construction of associated electrical, water, and wastewater utilities. The City of Destin is issuing a Request for Bids (RFB) to secure proposals from qualified contractors for the installation of a pre-fabricated restroom which shall be purchased by the City of Destin. To bid on this project you must be placed on the Plan Holders List. In order to be on the Plan Holder’s list, you must first request and obtain the Bid documents (containing the full specifications and requirements) by emailing the City Clerk’s Office at cityclerk@cityofdestin.com . Please include “RFB NO. 25-03-REC, BUCK DESTIN PARK RESTROOM” in the subject line of the email. The bid documents can also be obtained from the City Clerk's Office at the City of Destin, 4200 Indian Bayou Trail, Destin, Florida 32541.

Proposal submissions must be received by the City Clerk's Office at the City of Destin, 4200 Indian Bayou Trail, Destin, Florida 32541, in a sealed envelope clearly marked “RFB NO. 25-03-REC, BUCK DESTIN PARK RESTROOM”, along with the name, return address and telephone number of the submitter, no later than 2:00 p.m. CT, on April 10, 2025 at which time they will be opened, electronic bid submissions will not be considered. When deemed to be in the City’s best interest:

1. The city reserves the right to reject any and all submittals or portions thereof;

2. to waive minor defects and informalities in the process;

3. to accept the Bid(s);

4. Take any other action.
