1. Purpose of this RFB
Quinault Indian Nation (“QIN” or “Nation”) issues this solicitation for bids to provide IT
Project Management Solution to the Director of Technology and QIN Office of the COO,
located on the Pacific NW Coast of Washington State.
Summary
The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to procure and implement a
comprehensive Project Management Software (PMS) solution that will enable the
Quinault Indian Nation (QIN) Information Technology (IT) Department and the
Office of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to more efficiently and effectively manage
all IT-related QIN projects.
This initiative aims to streamline project planning, tracking, reporting, and collaboration
across departments by introducing a centralized, user-friendly platform. The selected
software will provide tools to manage project timelines, budgets, resources, tasks, and
communication in real-time, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the
project lifecycle.
The solution will support QINs broader goals of improving organizational efficiency,
data-driven decision-making, and interdepartmental coordination. Additionally, it will
establish standardized project management processes and reporting templates to
enhance oversight, reduce administrative burden, and improve project delivery
outcomes.
Vendors responding to this RFB will be expected to propose a scalable and secure
software solution, along with implementation services that include configuration, user
training, technical support, and integration with existing QIN systems. The selected
vendor will work closely with QIN IT and the Office of the COO to ensure seamless
