Pursuant to NCGS 143-129, sealed bids addressed to Lena Butler, Purchasing Supervisor, 230 Government Center Drive, Suite 165, Wilmington, NC 28403 and marked “REQUEST FOR BIDS - PURCHASE OF SIX (6) 2025 FLHTP BLACK HARLEY DAVIDSON MOTORCYLES WITH TRADE-INS ” will be accepted until 3:00 P.M. EST, Thursday, August 14, 2025 .
