RFB 6272 Purchase of Emergency Backup Generators

The City of Portland, Texas ("City") hereby issues this Request for Bid ("RFB"). The City is seeking Bids from firms interested and qualified to provide a 200kW Diesel Generator for use as an emergency backup generator. Minority and Women Owned Businesses (MWBEs) are encouraged to participate.

The Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the title "SEALED BID - RFB 6272 PURCHASE OF EMERGENCY BACKUP GENERATOR" as well as Bidder's name, address, and contact information. The deadline for submission of Bids is July 10, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. CT (Central Time).
