Instructions to Bidder – General Terms & Conditions

Pump Repair & Maintenance Services / RFB: 25-519-06-11

Please read your specifications thoroughly and be sure that the offered complies with all requirements. Any variation from the specifications will not be allowed.  If you are the successful bidder, it will be required that “ Pump Repair & Maintenance Services” be provided as specified.

Sealed bids will be received for “ Pump Repair & Maintenance Services” in accordance with the specifications attached hereto.

Summary of Work : The City of Mission is accepting bids for Pump Repair & Maintenance Services.

Bid Submittal Deadline: Bid responses addressed to Mr. Edgar Chapa, Contracts Administrator, will be received until Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time (CST ) at which time they shall be publicly opened.  All bid responses are to be delivered to City of Mission Procurement Department, 1201 East 8 ^th Street, Mission, Texas 78572 , on or before the aforementioned date and time. Bid responses shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as follows: RFB: 25-519-06-11 Pump Repair & Maintenance Services .   No Facsimiles or late arrivals will be accepted.  Any RFB received after that time will not be opened and will be returned.  Overnight mail must also be properly labeled on the outside of express envelope or package in reference to RFB.

Pre-Bid Conference : A Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted on Wednesday,June 04 ^th , 2025 at 10:00 am. The Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted in person at the Mission City Hall, Community Room, 1201 E. 8 ^th St., Mission, TX 78572. Zoom. Meeting ID: 220 547 6707Password: 9iYEY2. It is Highly Recommended that you attend in person or via zoom.

All prospective respondents are encouraged to be in attendance. All Bidders are recommended to attend and sign in.

Solicitation documents will not be mailed, e-mailed, or provided in person. Once registered, you will also be added to the solicitation distribution list for changes and/or additions via Addenda form.
