Frederick Community College Procurement Office, Gambrill Hall Suite G216, 7932 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, Maryland 21702. NOTICE TO BIDDERS: RFB 25-OP-01, ON-CALL GENERAL HVAC SERVICES (IDIQ). Frederick Community College and its Board of Trustees seeks experienced and qualified contractors to provide On-Call General HVAC Services for the College on an as-needed basis. This is an IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) contract and the College is seeking to contract with multiple providers.
Bids will be received no later than 2:00 PM local time on April 10, 2025 at the FCC Procurement Office, Gambrill Hall, Room G216. Please see the solicitation documents on the Frederick Community College Bid Board for additional information. The College reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities in the solicitation.
