The Town of Superior requests Bids for: A complete renovation of North Pool (1650 S Indiana St) - a 165,000-gallon, 8-lane, outdoor community pool. The project will include renovating the existing pool and bathhouse and adding a new mechanical and storage building. *** Please note that Superior’s South Pool Renovation Project (PW-2026-05) is simultaneously out for bid and bidders are welcome to bid on either or both pools.
Any questions concerning this Request for Bids shall be directed in writing only to the Project Manager, Jordan Hayes, e-mail: jordanh@superiorcolorado.gov by 10:00 A.M on April 14, 2026.
