RFB 26-04-003 Natural Gas

REQUEST FOR BID
Bartow County Government invites your company to submit a bid on a natural gas supply
service. The contract period is a 12-month, 2-part, fixed rate contract. The term of the contract
awarded as a result of the request for bid shall be from May 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027.
The bidder shall complete the attached bid amount sheet as laid out. The bidder may not vary
from the format. Bids will be received no later than 9:30 a.m. on April 13, 2026. Email bids to
brownt@bartowcountyga.gov. The quoted prices shall be all-inclusive of energy, capacity,
supplier margin, and any broker fee per therm.
