RFB-2799 150 Lake Street Four Story Chiller
Description:
The Work includes the replacement of the air-cooled chiller unit, related ancillary pumps
and hydronic specialties. The contractor(s) will be required to coordinate closely with the
Chemung County Facility, Buildings and Grounds department, and each contract
package. Each contractor shall be responsible for all costs related to permits and shall be responsible for obtaining required permits. Refer to specification section 011200 -Multiple Prime Contracts and contract documents for scope of work
