RFB: Lake Julian Bathroom Renovation

Demolishing the existing bathroom building and caping all utilities that are not being reused or extended. Re-grade the existing site and extend the existing or install new utilities to the locations indicated on the drawings. Grade the site in preparation for the site to receive the prefabricated bathroom building that will be delivered and placed on the pad. Then finish installing all utilities and finalize all hookups.
