NOTICE TO BIDDERS

RFB #26-049

Sealed proposals will be received by the Wake County Procurement Services, Suite 2900, Wake

County Justice Center, 301 McDowell Street, Raleigh, NC 27601, up to 3:00 p.m., July 16, 2026,

and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for providing labor, material and equipment

entering into the construction of the “Lake Crabtree Fishing Dock Repairs”, located at 1400

Aviation Parkway, Morrisville, NC 27560.

Complete contract documents can be obtained from Alpha & Omega Group, 4601 Lake Boone

Trail, Suite 3C, Raleigh, NC 27607; contact: Forrest E. Robbins, 919‐981‐0310 ext. 109. Contract

Documents are available as portable document format (PDF) files by way of third-party download
