INDIAN PREFERENCE APPLIES TO ALL CHEROKEE NATION REQUESTS FOR BIDS OR PROPOSALS. TO RECEIVE PREFERENCE, BIDDER MUST BE TERO CERTIFIED THROUGH THE CHEROKEE NATION TRIBAL EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS OFFICE; PROOF OF CERTIFICATION MUST ACCOMPANY SUBMITTALS.
