This includes replacement of the existing VRF and ductless split systems with heat pump ducted split systems with electric heat. The ceilings will be replaced throughout. Permanent access to the attic will be provided to access the new HVAC equipment. Exterior brick wall infills will be provided in the Evidence Storage room exterior walls at the garage door and double door.
