Pre-Bid Conference
All Bidders are invited to attend a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference in person at 800 South Victoria , California General Services Building Training Room or via Zoom at 300 p.m. (PT) on Friday February 14th, 2025, for the purpose of explaining the JOC concept, discussing JOC from the contractor’s perspective, distribution of documents and answering questions.
