Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’sOperations Center, 1415 N. 4 ^th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., Wednesday,July 23, 2025. The Herring Avenue BridgeRehabilitation will include 0.2 lane miles of mill and polyester polymeroverlay and metal guard rail and walkway improvements on Herring Avenue.
