Description:

1. GENERAL: Materials in this section shall meet the applicable requirements of NYSDOT Section 207, Geosynthetics unless otherwise indicated, and shall be furnished in the sizes or combination of sizes indicated or ordered by the Engineer.
2. MATERIALS: Specification covers geosynthetic materials used in highway construction. Geotextile Fabrics for the following applications: underdrain/filtration, undercut/reinforcement, slope protection, bedding, turbidity curtain, silt fencing with stakes attached, structure waterproofing membrane, GeoGrids and GeoCells:
