2024-RFB-009 Forest Park Grapevine Build Out

Sealed unit price bids will be received by the City of Forest Park, Georgia from prospective contractors for the City¿s ¿Forest Park ¿ Grapevine Build Out¿ project. The work consists of furnishing and installing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and related services required for a complete project. This project includes but is not limited to providing a complete renovation of an existing commercial building and associated site work; work is to include all traffic control for site work, exterior and interior demolition, erosion and sediment control, grading, signage, landscaping, framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplinary work, and all other activities and appurtenances to provide a complete ¿Forest Park ¿ Grapevine Built Out¿ project in Forest Park, Georgia.
