Project: RFB2024 – 06 2025 OR 2026 Ford Super Duty F-600 with Dump Body per Specifications

Owner: Barrow County Board of Commissioners

Sealed bids will be received by the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, Winder, Georgia, for one (1) RFB2024 – 06 2025 OR 2026 Ford Super Duty F-600 with Dump Body per Specifications as required by Barrow County Stormwater Department.

Bids will be received in the office of the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, County Clerk’s Office at 30 North Broad Street, Winder, Georgia 30680 until 2:00 p.m. local time August 14 ^th , 2025.

Any bids received after said time and date will not be considered by Owner. Bids will be opened in the Commission Meeting Room on the Second Floor at the above address at 2:00 p.m. local time, August 14 ^th , 2025. All bids will be evaluated and will be awarded, if it is awarded, within 60 days of the bid opening.

Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Owner. The sealed envelopes containing the bids must be plainly marked with “RFB2026 - 04 Ford Super Duty F-600 with Dump Body per Specifications”. If a bid is forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope to the attention of the Owner at the address previously given and also plainly marked as shown above with the applicable RFB number and description.

Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids, to evaluate bids, and to accept any bids which, in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the Owner. No bid will be rejected without just cause.
