RFB for the City of Santa Ana PFAS Treatment at John Garthe Reservoir, Contract No. SA-2025-1

The Orange County Water District (“OCWD” or District) is seeking bids for The City of Santa Ana PFAS Treatment System at John Garthe Reservoir project includes construction of a twelve ion exchange pressure vessels, three pre-treatment cartridge filter vessels, and on-site sodium hypochlorite generation system with chemical storage for the removal of PFAS and disinfection of raw water produced from City Wells 18, 32, 36 and 39.  The project includes sand separator installation for Well 32; well pump and motor upgrades and piping replacements for Wells 18, 36 and 39; replacement of the existing hydro-generator; piping improvements; construction of a new Well 39 electrical building and Well 18 well building; electrical and control improvements; programming; site improvements; and landscaping.
