2026-008 RFB for Fuel Station

Project Description: The intent of this contract is to procure a complete turnkey fuel station system for Port operations. The project includes the purchase, installation, startup, and ongoing fuel supply services associated with a commercial fleet fueling facility.
The system shall include fuel storage tanks, dispensers, pumps, piping, fuel management software, electrical components, and all associated site work necessary for a fully operational fuel station. Vendors shall also provide fuel pricing for the life of the contract, including delivery services, fuel management support, and ongoing operational maintenance as specified in the bid documents.
The fuel station shall be designed for safe, reliable, and efficient fleet fueling operations and include modern safety, monitoring, and fuel tracking capabilities.
