RFB ERO LIB #80-F-1-23/24 - Westminster Area Sidewalk Improvements

The project consists of the installation, replacement and repair of selected sidewalks and curb ramps in the Westminster area in accordance with the most recent accessibility guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). PRE-QUALIFICATION Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Carroll County Department of Public Works prior to bid opening. The bidder must be approved for the type of work applicable to the project. The pre-qualification application forms shall be submitted to the Bureau of Engineering a minimum of fifteen (15) days in advance of the bid opening.
