RFB ERO LIB #71-F-2-23/24 - Stone Manor Pump Station Stream Stabilization Improvements

The Carroll County Office of Procurement, in cooperation with the Bureau of Utilities, is soliciting bids from pre-qualified contractors to provide the labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to construct the Stone Manor Pump Station Stream Stabilization Improvements project. The project site is located in Eldersburg, Maryland and is adjacent to the Stone Manor Pump Station at 1290 Judges Court, Eldersburg, MD 21784. PREQUALIFICATION: Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Carroll County Department of Public Works prior to bid opening. For this project, the bidder must be pre-qualified for Category Q. – Stream Restoration; Number 1. Fully completed pre-qualification application forms must be submitted to the Bureau of Engineering a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days in advance of the bid submittal date. For this Invitation for Bid, the pre-qualification application submittal deadline date is Wednesday, September 27, 2023.
