The Carroll County Division of Facilities in cooperation with Office of Procurement is currently seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide and deliver Propane Gas to various county owned building throughout the county of Carroll. The intention of these specifications is to establish an annual contract with cap/maximum pricing, a delivery schedule and the option to place orders as needed.
