RFB ERO LIB #19-F-1-25/26 - Nicodemus Road - Pipe and Endwall Replacement The Carroll County Office Division of Roads Operations is seeking lump sum bids for two pipe replacements, and endwall replacement from a ‘C’ to a Mod ‘E’ at 321 Nicodemus Road, Westminster. This location consists of three (3) pipes of which two (2) are CMP that need to be replaced with HDPE. One (1) 36” CMP that needs to be replaced with 48” HDPE, the second replacement is 48” CMP that needs to be replaced with 48” HDPE. The existing endwall will need to be replaced with a Mod ‘E’ endwall. MDE permit is required, and has been secured, stream restrictions are from October 1, 2026- April 30, 2027	Mar 16, 2026 3:54:58 PM EDT	Apr 01, 2026 10:30:00 AM EDT	15 days 15 hours	No Addendums
