It is the intention of these specifications that the successful bidder shall furnish all equipment and manpower to provide stormwater facility mowing services in Area #3 (56 facilities) during the period of time specified. The quantities shown are approximate and are for the purpose of bid evaluation. The County reserves the right not to purchase any services bid upon by the bidders, if it is found that such services are not required by the County during the period covered by this agreement.
