RFB ERO LIB #75-F-1-24/25 - Melstone Valley Stormwater Management Retrofit

The Carroll County Office of Procurement, in cooperation with the Bureau of Resource Management, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide the labor, material, equipment, and services necessary for the Melstone Valley Stormwater Management Facility Retrofit Project. This contract is federally funded, and the performance of all contractors or subcontractors under this award must comply with federal as well as state regulations. The project funding includes State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Carroll County Department of Public Works prior to bid opening. The bidder must be approved for the type of work applicable to the project. The pre-qualification application forms must be submitted to the Bureau of Engineering a minimum of ten (10) days in advance of the bid opening.
